1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging
🛑 We do not accept returns for opened, used, or personal care items (e.g. oils, capsules, serums) unless they were damaged or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@nayabherbal.com within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Include your order number, clear photos, and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
Please do not send the product back without getting return approval.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will:
- Approve or reject the refund request
- Process your refund within 5–7 business days
- Refund the amount via your original payment method
📌 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Just contact us within 48 hours with the required proof (photos + order info).
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, they must go through the standard return process.

6. International Orders
For orders delivered to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and other international locations:
- Refunds are available only for damaged or incorrect items
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless we made a mistake
